Biographical Notes

The following is a list of the current members of the IAAC

Anton V. Kosyanenko (Russian Federation) - Vice Chair

Currently Mr. Kosyanenko is a Head of Department in the Supreme Audit Institution of the Russian Federation, or the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation. He started his career as a research fellow in the State University Higher School of Economics, being at the same time involved as a faculty member in several universities in Moscow. Since joining the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation in 2011, Mr. Kosyanenko has passed all the steps between inspector and Head of Department. His activities within the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation were focused on the strategic audits, audits of state programmes and projects as well as audits of the soundness of macroeconomics forecast. Mr. Kosyanenko responsibilities also included coordination and supervision of several work teams and units.

Mr. Kosyanenko is actively involved in international activities of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation. He is a member of the Secretariat of the INTOSAI Working group on SDGs and Key Sustainable Development Indicators. In particular he was leading the team responsible for drafting the INTOSAI Guidance on the audit of development and use of key national indicators.

Mr. Kosyanenko acted as an independent external auditor for the International Anti-Corruption Academy (Vienna) for the budget years 2015-2017.

Mr. Kosyanenko earned his Master of Science degree with honors from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology as well as Master of Arts degree from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow). He also obtained the candidate of technical sciences degree in the Institute of Control Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
