The Committee held its pre-session working group for the twenty-seventh session at United Nations Headquarters, on 4-8 February 2002. At every pre-session working group, the Committee invited NGOs to submit country specific information in order to assist in drawing up a list of issues and questions relating to the reports being considered by the Committee at the next session.
